DESIGN AND CONSULTATION
- Now the fun begins! Our designer will contact you and arrange an consultation to view your property, discuss your vision and budget.
- The next step is the creation of a 3D design showcasing your project with a follow up meeting with our designer to discuss and adjust the drawings according to your comments.
- Once the design, pricing and scheduling is finalized, the contract is signed and the utility locates have been completed, it’s time to build!
CONSTRUCTION
Your dedicated project manager will coordinate every aspect of the construction process, and keep you in the loop of any new information that arises along the way.
Your project manager will also oversee all of the teams that will be working on your project. Starting from the initial visit to mark out the project and begin excavation or demolition, all the way until the final nail is hammered into your new deck, your project manager will ensure everything runs smoothly.
At the end of each work day, your property will be left clean, tidy and ready for the next day’s construction. We respect your property and will be courteous and considerate of your neighbours.
